Session Fee:
A standard therapy session lasts for 60 minutes, consisting of 50 minutes of therapy and 10 minutes dedicated to therapist note-taking. The session fee is $220. This includes a rebate, making the out-of-pocket costs $82.95.

Rebate Information:
Clients are eligible for a rebate of $137.05, significantly reducing the out-of-pocket cost to $82.95.

Medicare Rebate Eligibility:
Australian citizens can claim up to 10 therapy sessions per calendar year under the Medicare Better Access initiative. To qualify for the rebate, you'll need a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your referring general practitioner. Your MHCP covers a specified number of sessions, with a rebate provided for each session. It's important to note that this allowance includes any sessions you may have claimed with other therapists within the same calendar year.

PRIVATE HEALTH

​You may be able to claim a rebate for part of the session fee from your Private Health Fund. For more information or to discuss your eligibility for a rebate, please contact your Private Health Fund directly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any changes or cancellations are required more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any changes within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of the full session fee.

After Hours Service

For services requested outside of our standard service hours, an additional fee of $40 will be applied. After-hours service is available on weekdays after 5 PM and some weekends and holidays. This will make the overall service fee $260 with a rebate amount of $137.05, making the out of pocket cost $122.95.
